Superpools: Can I refund my voucher?

You are entitled to cancel your SuperPool Upgrade Voucher and obtain a full refund for up to 7 days after the time of purchasing. Please contact us to arrange this, quoting your voucher code and order number. Refunds will only be made via credit to the credit card you used for purchase. No refund can be issued by cash, cheque or electronic funds transfer.
