Merchandise: What is the returns policy?

Goods that have not been worn may be exchanged or returned if you notify us that you wish to return them within 7 days of ordering, or 7 days of taking delivery (whichever is longer). If you wish to change sizes, or change style of t-shirt, for example, we will endeavour to help subject to availability of stock. If no stock is available, we will issue a refund to you via the credit card you used to place the order (no refunds can be sent by cheque, EFT or cash). You will be responsible for all shipping and bank transaction costs related to exchanges.
