You can send pool invitations to prospective pool members by following the steps below:
1) Hover your mouse pointer over the Pools tab in the middle of the page.
2) Next to the name of your pool, point your mouse at the extra navigation icon (it's three dots) on the right to open a dropdown list of options.
3) Click on the Invite Players option and follow the prompts from there to get your invitations sent out.
