  • How do I start or create a new pool

    On desktop or mobile website: 1) Open the relevant tournament 2) Click on Pools 3) Click on Start a Pool and follow the setup process from there. Superbru App: 1) Tap on the big + icon in the top right hand corner of the screen 2) Select the Start a Pool option and follow the setup prompts.
  • Can I make different picks for different pools?

    The picks that you make in a tournament are valid for all the pools that you participate in. So you only submit one set of picks per round which is then used for all your pools in that tournament.
  • How can I change the pool captain?

    If you're the captain of your pool but you'd like someone else to take over the pool captaincy, please contact us and indicate the tournament, pool name and details of who you'd like to nominate as the new pool captain then we can get that arranged for you.

    You can purchase an additional three pools to participate in for each tournament as part of the Season Ticket package. On the Superbru website, click on Info > Ad-free Season Ticket. The World Cup Season Ticket can be bought here.
  • What does DNQ stand for?
